1、Application conditions
(1) The postdoctoral candidates in Level A should not exceed 30 years old, Level B should not exceed 32 years old, and Level C should not exceed 35 years old.
(2) The postdoctoral candidates should have obtained a doctoral degree in the past three years and achieved three influential and representative achievements, with clear plans for future scientific research development.
(3) Good health, with a rigorous scientific attitude and teamwork spirit, a solid research foundation, and strong research abilities.
(4) The postdoctoral candidates need to work full-time as a postdoctoral researcher, and transfer my personnel relationship to my unit.
2、Salary and welfare benefits
（1） Salary system
1) The employment period is 3 years, with a full salary of 250000 to 300000 yuan per year (excluding research commissions and team performance).
2) Those who are recognized as young talents in Dalian and continue to work can apply for a settlement fee of 300000 yuan. *
3) Those who are recognized as postdoctoral fellows of the "Xingliao Talent Plan" and stay in Liaoning for work can receive a reward of 300000 yuan. *

（2） Welfare benefits

（3） External support
1) The National Postdoctoral Exchange Program introduces a project with a living allowance of 200000 yuan per year for a period of two years (for overseas doctoral students and foreign doctoral students).
2) The school sends out a special plan: providing additional living subsidies, adopting a joint cultivation mechanism of well-known professors from both domestic and foreign universities and double mentors, to send outstanding postdoctoral fellows to excellent universities and research institutions abroad for training.
