刘大进博士简介：

Dr. David Liu received Ph. D from Clarkson University. David has over 20 years of experience in structural design. David has played a key design role on major bridges including long-span steel plate girder, steel box girder and some well-known long span suspension bridges, such as the Lion’s Gate Bridge and the Paseo Bridge.

• American Society of Civil Engineering Fellow (elected 2018)

• Registered professional engineer in 8 states of USA

• EOR of Illinois’s first precast deck panel bridge with UHPC joints

• Lion’s Gate Bridge rehabilitation project (850m long suspension bridge)

• Lead structural engineer for Circle Interchange in Chicago（$450 million）
