2月24日 大连-成都-加德满都
2月25-27日 访问Tribhuvan大学，探讨接收该校留学生事宜
2月26日-27日 参加「International Conference on Belt and Road Initiative: Nepal Connecting the World - Opportunities and Challenges」并做“Transportation infrastructure development under rapid motorization in China”大会报告
2月28日 访问尼泊尔国家规划委员会并参观中国援建道路项目
3月1日 加德满都-成都
3月2日 成都-大连

访问期间，参加由中国公路学会和尼泊尔汽车学会联合主办的「International Conference on Belt and Road Initiative: Nepal Connecting the World - Opportunities and Challenges」国际研讨会，并做了“Transportation infrastructure development under rapid motorization in China”大会报告。会议期间，访问了Tribhuvan大学，并就今后接收该校留学生进行了讨论；访问了尼泊尔规划委员会，了解了尼泊尔十四次国家规划、交通管理体制等现状。
